Attached to this email are your registration summary and final invoice. If there is an outstanding balance, please ensure final payment is arranged prior to attending next Thursday to ensure access.

GETTING TO LORNE

If you have booked a bus transfer, information regarding pickup times and locations is available on the Getting to Lorne webpage. There are still spaces available.

Please note the bus cannot wait for delayed flights. If you experience a delay, you will need to make your way to Lorne via public transport or car rental.

If driving to Lorne, allow 2–2.5 hours from Melbourne or Melbourne Airport.

NAME BADGE & PROGRAM

Upon arrival at Mantra Lorne, collect your name badge from the self‑serve kiosk in the hotel lobby.

If you are staying at Mantra you can store your luggage until the afternoon tea break when you can check into your room.

PASSPORT PROGRAM

Delegates who interact with exhibitors can enter the draw to win a prize.

  • Use the grid on the back of your name badge.

  • Visit exhibitors during the breaks and ask for stamps.

  • Once you have 16 or more stamps, submit your card at the enquiries desk.

  • Winners will be announced during the conference closing session.

For every completed card, the Lorne Cancer organising committee will donate $5 to the local CFA (Country Fire Authority).
