Beware of Scammers!
Due to the amount of publicly available information on conference and institution websites, some committee members and conference speakers are being contacted by third party companies, often from overseas, purporting to be event managers who request to secure accommodation or flight bookings. These requests always ask for financial information or credit card details and will generally be quite pushy in their attempts. Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for your event, such as Business Travel Management and e, are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers. They are actively trolling event webs and trying to match invited speakers and committees with personal details often found on their own institute websites.
Please note, ASN Events will never ask a third party to retrieve credit card or financial information from you without prior personal arrangement with yourself and an ASN staff member.
If for any reason you are unsure of the legitimacy of a requested payment, you should always contact your ASN Events Project Manager.
We take the protection of the information you provide to us very seriously, including your contact details and any financial information and have instituted secure IT platforms to protect your data.

RESORT ROOM
SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Room Type: Resort Room, One King Bed
The Resort Room includes everything you need for your stay including a king bed (zip). With tea and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge in your room, enjoy your break with all the entertainment options at your fingertips, such as TV including Foxtel, and broadband internet access. Accommodation rate is for a single occupancy and includes breakfast for one.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT
SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Room Type: One Bedroom Apartment, Queen Bed
These holiday apartments offer the perfect amount of space to relax. The bedroom has a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with some featuring spa baths, and a full kitchen. Enjoy your private balcony or terrace where you can step out and admire the view of over 12 acres of landscaped gardens. Accommodation rate is for a single occupancy and includes breakfast for one.
Sofa Bed: $60 per day (only available for apartments)
Additional Breakfast: $20 per person per day
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT
DUAL OCCUPANCY
Room Type: Two Bedroom Apartment, King Bed & Queen Bed
Groups will love the spaciousness of two bedrooms made possible by adjoining the stylish Resort Room (Studio) and One Bedroom Apartment via a shared foyer, which allows dual key entry. The apartments have a king bed as well as a private ensuite bathroom and a balcony or a patio. With a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Accommodation rate is for a dual occupancy and includes breakfast for two.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Check-in times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
Breakfast - Breakfast is included in the above room costs. Additional breakfasts can be purchased upon arrival for $20 per person (free for children under 4 and $15 for children between 4 and 13 yo).
Additional bed - A sofa bed is available for an additional $60.00 per night (on request).
Changes - Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
Cancellations - Any cancellations or changes after 12th December 2023 cannot be refunded due to hotel cancellation policies. Before this date, you can cancel your room booking by contacting the conference secretariat (not the hotel directly).
Security deposit upon check in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.
Room availability - During the registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability at the requested date. If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat.
